Return Policy:

• NO REFUNDS! Exchange or store credit only within 30 days WITH receipt.
• ALL SALE AND SEASONAL ITEMS (including but not limited to Christmas, Halloween, Fall, Independence Day) ARE FINAL SALE! No exceptions.
  

If you receive an item discount on your purchase, that/those item(s) are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping and Order Handling:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being placed.
• Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
• If an item is shipped back to our storefront, you will be charged for shipping again.

Shipping Schedule:

• All items are shipped Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Items will not ship on the weekends.
